Holes in I-OSB beams
MAKING HOLES IN I-OSB BEAMS:
When making holes for technical installation ducts observe the following guidelines:
Holes should be made on the longitudinal axis of the beam web
Maximum permitted hole dimensions are specified in a detailed manual (available upon request)
Holes with a diameter of 20 mm can be made anywhere on the beam web on condition the distance between hole perimeters is at least 50 mm and one row has a maximum of 3 round holes with a diameter of 20 mm.
Never make holes or cut-outs in cover strips (flange plates).
