The investor who owns Hotel Kouty near Ledeč nad Sázavou came up with the idea of building several cottages for rent and conceived this project as living in a forest garden, i.e. FOREST GARDEN.

The first completed cottage offers a very romantic stay in a wooden building in the Vysočina region with great luxury.

All cottages are designed in the same style, built on concrete footings with a steel frame. The cottages are designed with a rectangular floor plan of approximately 4200 mm x 7500 mm, including a covered porch, with a total length of 10570 mm.

The ground floor is designed as a 1+kk apartment with a living area, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and toilet. The attic has been converted into a very comfortable sleeping area.
