This structure belongs to our system called "ROSTOUCÍ" (GROWING). These can be growing houses, garages, etc., where existing buildings become too small and insufficient in size. The same applies to superstructures, but in this case we talk about "vertical growth." Here, we expand horizontally, similar to extensions.
Today, we have a simple example of a growing garage, which was created due to a lack of space in the existing garage. The builder needed to separate the garage parking and create a separate space with a workshop for tools, bicycles, and other items. After simple construction preparation for the foundation of the wall (120 mm) and roof cladding (210 mm) of a pent roof made of K-KONTROL® and I-OSB™ beams, the future workshop with a trapezoidal floor plan measuring approximately 6.2 m / 2.9 m / 6.0 m / 1.6 m and a height of 3.0 m to 3.6 m. This height made it possible to create an extra mezzanine as a smaller storage space. Again, it was made of wooden glued I-OSB™ beams, fully ETA/CE certified, of course.
