As part of a new residential development, we are constructing a single-story family house with a 4+KK layout and a non-residential attic. The house is built on strip foundations with a reinforced slab. The perimeter load-bearing walls are made of K-KONTROL® sandwich panels, supplemented by a contact insulation system with 140 mm thick polystyrene. The interior partitions are mainly plasterboard.
The roof structure is gabled with a slope of 31°, consisting of truss beams. The roof covering is made of concrete tiles. The building also includes a covered garage for two vehicles, fencing, paved areas, and a rainwater retention tank.
The house is connected to the public water supply, sewerage, and electricity distribution systems. Heating is provided by electric floor heating foil, supplemented by a wood-burning stove. Ventilation is controlled by a heat recovery unit. Hot water is heated by photovoltaic panels connected to a storage tank. Surplus energy is fed into the grid. Due to the high radon index of the plot, appropriate anti-radon measures have been implemented.
