Family house in Jílové – Part 1
We present a series of articles on the construction of a family house in Jílové using the K-KONTROL® construction system in harmony with I-OSB™ beams. The investor had the foundation slab cast by a local craftsman. The next stage of construction was carried out by a team from CZECH PAN s.r.o., who welded double waterproofing onto the foundation slab, installed threaded rods for chemical anchors, and laid impregnated foundation sleepers with edging beams, which are necessary for the installation of the K-KONTROL® construction system. We will keep you informed about the further progress of the construction.
A few meters above the newly built foundation slab, there is a family house that was built 15 years ago, also using the K-KONTROL® construction system, whose excellent properties the owners cannot praise enough. The L-shaped 5 +1 family house with a floor area of 171 m² was designed as a two-generation house. The house also includes a covered open parking space for a car with an area of 25 m².
