An example of simple housing for young and old: Vejminek from the K-KONTROL® construction system on the outskirts of Prague.
Today's example is another small building with a floor plan of 9.76 m (i.e., 8 panels 1.22 m wide) x 6.0 m = just under 60 m². The building was constructed BY THE OWNER and is based on concrete footings with a wooden frame, on which a floor made of K-KONTROL® sandwich panels is laid. The same applies to the perimeter masonry, load-bearing interior partitions, and the roof cladding of the monopitch roof.
In addition to a spacious entrance hall, the living area offers a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a large bathroom. A pleasant terrace completes the property. Interested parties can contact us at the production plant at any time for further information.
