The builder designed a practical, comfortable, and undemanding structure. CZECH PAN built the shell of the building from K-KONTROL® panels on the prepared foundation slab. These panels were used to construct the perimeter load-bearing walls, load-bearing stiffening partitions, and the entire roof. The roof cladding solution offers a simple and economical construction to create an open kitchen and living room "up to the roof" and, in the northern and southern parts of the house, the use of the full attic space for two bedrooms for children or guests, or storage space.
