Today we would like to present a new family house, built primarily from K-KONTROL® and I-OSB™ construction systems, located on a sloping plot of land near a large meander of the Elbe River with a view across the river to Kozí vrch. Nearby, you will find the Buková hora TV transmitter (686 m above sea level) and the medieval part of the village of Zubrnice, dating back to 1352.
The new building is a two-story house with a flat green roof, completed in 2020 and designed by Atelier-Miloš Šedivý. The building has the following basic parameters:

The height of the new building above ground level from the garden is 6.25 m and above ground level from the street is 7.60 m.
The building is constructed on a new system of insulation components / Peripor (EPS) material + reinforced concrete foundation slab. The load-bearing structure of the house is made of the Medmax insulation system. The mezzanine and 2nd floor structures are made of certified K-KONTROL® & I-OSB™ construction systems, CZECH PAN, s.r.o., Varnsdorf. Facade: combination of silicate plaster with a self-cleaning effect / wooden cladding / folded sheet metal. Facade base: stone brick cladding. Window and door frames: wooden with triple glazing.

Barrier-free use of the building
- Decree 398/2009 Coll. "On general technical requirements ensuring barrier-free use of buildings." The investor did not require the new building to be made barrier-free. The first floor can be used as such retroactively. The entrance, living room, and bathroom facilities are barrier-free.
