When we started thinking about building a house, we approached CZECH PAN first because it is a local company. After our first visit to the company, we had a feeling that this could be the right choice. Ms. Hájková's helpfulness and assistance with the building permit process was invaluable. All changes to the project were also no problem. And the construction itself was a breeze. The house grew like a weed, everything was done with precision. We moved in after six months. We have been living here for six years and have no complaints. We had one complaint – after three years, the facade loosened a little in one place on the south side of the house. The company arranged for repairs and everything is now in perfect order. The most pleasant thing about living here is the low energy consumption. Annual electricity consumption is less than CZK 20,000, plus about CZK 4,000 for wood.
