Staircase

Staircases from the K-KONTROL® construction system are a suitable construction solution for any building. Once the staircase has been installed, the shell of the building already has a safe exit to the upper floor. The staircase can thus be used during construction, and after completion, all that is needed is to fit the treads, and it will serve the investor for many years to come. The quick production of stair treads and their simple, precise installation help to reduce construction costs.

Dormer windows

A dormer is a structure located above the roof plane of a building, serving to ventilate and illuminate the attic or loft space. Larger dormers can also function as a functional extension of the attic living space. The classic carpentry solution for dormers is a relatively complex and time-consuming task performed directly on site, which is reflected in the overall price of the dormer. K-KONTROL® dormers are manufactured in a low-maintenance production hall environment, which reduces the overall cost of the dormer.

Skylights

A skylight is a structure or window that lets in light, usually made of transparent or translucent glass, which forms all or part of the roof space of a building for the purposes of daylighting and ventilation. The manufacturer of the certified K-KONTROL® construction system has long offered a very simple kit made of K-KONTROL® panels, which eliminates up to 90% of the very complex carpentry work. This new structure offers high-quality thermal insulation and statics in one.
