The K-KONTROL® construction system is a universal system for construction solutions in the building industry, i.e.

- roofs of various types, and
- ceilings.
K-Kontrol® uses a self-supporting sandwich panel as its basic structural element. The panel consists of two OSB boards and an insulating filling made of stabilized self-extinguishing EPS or Neopor polystyrene.
Thanks to its excellent thermal insulation properties, simple yet highly variable use, and environmentally friendly impact in all phases of construction, it is a suitable system for modern buildings today.
K-KONTROL® is suitable for the construction of family and apartment houses, for cladding sports halls, the construction of administrative buildings, accommodation facilities, cottages, and recreational facilities. It can be designed as a single system for the entire building or as individual building structures in combination with other systems. CONSTRUCTION SYSTEM
The K-KONTROL® construction system is a universal system for constructing walls, ceilings, and roofs of various types of buildings. K-Kontrol® uses a self-supporting sandwich panel as its basic structural element. The construction system is constantly being developed and innovated to meet new customer requirements. New panel prototypes are being developed and will be launched on the market after fire resistance testing.

Main advantages of the K-KONTROL® system
- highly energy efficient
- low air permeability of the panel structure The K-KONTROL® system prevents temperature fluctuations in the structure, and the thermal resistance value (R) of the structure is very stable
- Air humidity in buildings does not affect the thermal resistance value of the panel perimeter shell
- The K-KONTROL® system has no openings or cavities, so there is no loss of heat (or air-conditioned air). At the same time, there is no vertical movement of air inside the structure (a comparison example is insulation made of glass or mineral wool or loose materials).
- The K-KONTROL® system has a small number of joints in relation to the surface area of the structure, resulting in fewer thermal bridges than other wooden or steel structures and buildings constructed from concrete, brick, or similar blocks.
- The K-KONTROL® system is resistant to rodents and insects (the foam material is indigestible to animals).
K-KONTROL® and the environment
- The materials used to manufacture the K-KONTROL® system do not contain CFCs, HCFCs, HFCs, or formaldehydes.
- The wooden OSB board casing is recyclable for the production of new chipboard.
- The polystyrene (EPS) core of the K-KONTROL® panel can be recycled.
- The core of the K-KONTROL® panel is inert, has no nutritional value, and is unchanging (not active). It does not produce unwanted gases or leachates.
- The EPS core does not decompose or disintegrate and is safe for landfills and earth fillings.
