General provisions
Unless expressly stipulated otherwise, the relevant provisions of Act No. 40/1964 Coll. shall apply. If the contracting party is an entrepreneur or a legal or natural person, relations not regulated herein shall be governed by the commercial terms and conditions of Act No. 513/1991 Coll., as amended.

Buyer (customer, consumer):
A natural or legal person who places an order via e-commerce, in writing, by telephone, or in person.
Order and conclusion of the contract
Orders placed via the seller's online store are considered binding. The condition for the validity of the order is the completion of all the required information and details specified in the order form. In this case, the order is a draft purchase contract.
After sending the order via the online store, the buyer will receive an automatic notification of the order being sent. Subsequently, within three days at the latest, the buyer will receive confirmation of the order acceptance with a unique reference number.
The purchase contract is concluded and becomes valid at the moment of mutual confirmation of the order between the buyer and the seller, i.e., at the moment when the buyer receives a numbered order confirmation with a unique order reference number.
The order confirmation contains, in particular:
- individual items with the confirmed price
- payment terms (cash - personal collection at Dřevoobchod CZECH PAN, payment card - personal collection at Dřevoobchod CZECH PAN, bank transfer, cash on delivery, via a shipping company)
- delivery terms
- delivery date
In some cases (especially for larger orders or special production), the seller reserves the right to make fulfillment conditional on the buyer paying a financial deposit and setting a deadline for payment of such a deposit.
The prices of goods are indicated for each item in CZK, including VAT, retail, and are valid at the place of collection: Varnsdorf, Čsl. Letců 786.
The value of any transport costs will be determined according to the type, value of the order, and place of delivery. The price of this transport will be communicated additionally according to the current price list of shipping companies on the day of the order. The order confirmation is binding for both parties at the moment of agreeing on the value of the transport. Due to the differences in the weight and volume of the goods, we handle the transport of goods
individually. We will suggest the optimal shipping in terms of price and delivery time. Prices are based on the current prices of shipping companies. If the buyer does not agree with the shipping price, they are entitled to cancel the order. Shipping dates are listed from the date of order confirmation.
Ownership of the goods passes to the buyer upon payment of the purchase price and acceptance of the goods.
The seller reserves the right to change the price.
The buyer may cancel the order within 24 hours by phone or email without giving a reason. Simply provide the order number, name, email, and description of the goods or services ordered.
Delivery terms
The delivery period begins on the day the purchase contract is concluded, i.e., when the order confirmation document is issued and sent.
Goods that are in stock are available for immediate pickup or according to the carrier's shipping terms (3-5 days).
Payment terms
Cash or credit card payment:
You can pay for goods in cash or by credit card at the CZECH PAN timber store. We accept Visa, Visa Electron, EuroCard/MasterCard, Maestro, and Dinners Club International credit cards. Upon payment for the goods, you will receive an invoice and a cash receipt.
Payment in advance to our account - proforma invoice:
Based on your order with the option of payment by bank transfer, we will send you a proforma advance invoice and a variable symbol to the connection you have specified. You can pay for the goods to our GE Money Bank account, account number 168905356/0600. Once the payment has been credited, we will inform you by email or telephone and agree on a delivery date with you.
Cash on delivery:
You will pay for the goods, including shipping, to the carrier upon delivery.
Warranty conditions
The length of the warranty period is governed by the applicable laws of the Czech Republic and the general terms and conditions of Dřevoobchod CZECH PAN. The warranty period begins on the day of receipt of the goods from the seller in the case of personal collection or from the carrier upon confirmation of the transport (delivery) note by the buyer.
The warranty applies only to manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover defects caused by:
improper installation, improper or careless handling, use of the product contrary to its purpose or operating instructions, mechanical damage or wear and tear, natural disasters are not covered by the warranty.
The goods may only be used for the purposes specified in the instructions for use.
The buyer is obliged to inspect the goods upon receipt to detect any defects or damage. The buyer is obliged to report any defects to our company immediately. We are not liable for defects caused by the carrier.
All goods are covered by a statutory warranty period of 24 months, unless otherwise stated.
Complaint procedure
Complaints should be made at the Dřevoobchod CZECH PAN store.
The customer shall send the reason for the complaint in writing or by e-mail, along with any photos of the defect, contact details, and a copy of the proof of purchase.
The customer shall arrange for the transport of the goods subject to complaint to the seller in person, by a transport company, or by post (not cash on delivery); the goods subject to complaint must be properly packaged.
The seller is obliged to inform the buyer of the outcome of the complaint within 30 days of receiving the goods.
Return of goods:
Pursuant to paragraph 6 of Amendment No. 367/2000 to the Civil Code, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. If they decide to do so, they must return the undamaged goods, without signs of use or wear, in their original packaging within the specified period, either in person or by post (the date of dispatch is decisive). Upon receipt of the returned goods, the seller shall immediately refund the customer the corresponding amount in the manner agreed in advance.
Personal data protection
The seller undertakes to process all personal data of the buyer obtained during registration and ordering in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on the protection of personal data, as amended, and to use this personal data only for its internal needs in connection with the fulfillment of the order.

Final provisions
These terms and conditions apply in the version stated on the seller's website on the day the electronic order is sent by the buyer. The seller reserves the right to change the GTC without prior notice.
