In 2011, a very interesting wooden building was constructed in Coham, Belgium. It is a four-story building with 55 residential units for seniors. This building is currently the largest wooden structure of its kind in Belgium, and probably beyond. The main advantage of this building was the speed of construction. The building was designed using the K-KONTROL® construction system, which allowed it to be built in record time.
