Aronia is a two-story cottage for up to four people. Most of the ground floor consists of an open-plan living room and dining room. The remaining space is taken up by a vestibule, bathroom with toilet, and a fully equipped kitchenette. Upstairs, there is one spacious room and a bedroom with a balcony. Both floors are connected by a staircase in the central part of the house. When designing the cottage, great emphasis was placed on minimizing investment and operating costs. Thanks to the simple design of the load-bearing structures, the interior of the house can be easily adapted to individual requirements. The house can be built in a mirror-inverted design.
