Celtis is a two-story family house for a family of four to five. Most of the ground floor consists of a large open space created by combining the living room, dining room, kitchen, hallway, and staircase. There is also a vestibule, separate toilet, and spacious utility room on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are two spacious rooms, one bedroom, and a full bathroom with a toilet. When designing the house, great emphasis was placed on minimizing investment and operating costs. Thanks to the simple design of the load-bearing structures, the interior of the house can be easily adapted to individual requirements. The house can be built in a mirror-inverted design.
