Prefabricated houses are available in various styles and sizes. They are as diverse as the families who live in them. All turnkey houses are built to the low-energy standard of the K-KONTROL® system.
New types of wooden buildings are continuously being added to the range. We know that a standard design does not always meet the specific needs of the customer. It also does not take into account the specifics of the surrounding terrain or buildings in which it will later be located. We listen to our customers' wishes and needs, and we are happy to present them with new variants of a selected type of prefabricated house or design a wooden building entirely according to the customer's or architect's ideas.
Customers can choose between different stages of construction. The basic option is a shell construction, where the house is closed from the outside. Materials for finishing work can be purchased at our StavCentrum. All work related to further completion can also be ordered from CZECH PAN.
