Betula
Betula is a two-storey family house with a dwelling attic. Unique design of the house disposition enable to situate the house and adapt to nearly any building plot. The staircase position and entrance door position in the design can be mirror-reversed. Thanks to low outside dimensions the house fits even a very small plot. Despite its small dimension it is big enough for a family of four. The house can be built not only mirror-reversed but also with alternatively positioned entrance door.
